The Seminar & BBQ at pro Tackle was well attended. With proceeds from the raffle and 50/50 we netted around $2,000.00 for our Pen Project and other conservation endeavours.

Winner of the 50/50 draw was Paul MacDonald. Winners of donated lures were Jason Noll, Matt Seguin, Anthony Woodcroft, Dan Buckingham and Dave Belfie. Winners of the raffle draw were: Ja Roy Shattell – rod trees, Rick Quade – Penn rod & reel and GOSD, Gene Frederick – Penn rod & reel, Dave Walker – Okuma rod & reel and $150.00 Pro Tackle gift certificate. Congratulations to the winners and thank you for all the support.

A big thank you to Gilmore’s in Rossmore for donating the meat for the BBQ. Also Donny Sampson of Toronto Island for the sausages. We also thank Pro Tackle for hosting this event. We would also like to thank all the volunteers who helped make this major fund raiser a big success. A special thanks to Al VanDusen and Gene Frederick for all their work.
